What we collect
We only collect the information you choose to send through the contact form: your name, work email, company (optional) and your message. We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies on this website, and the fonts are served from our own domain.
Like any website, our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and protect the site against abuse.
Why we use it
- To reply to your request and, where relevant, prepare a proposal — based on your consent and on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
- To keep the website secure and available — based on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not sell your data or use it for marketing without asking you first.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare — website hosting, security and delivery of contact-form messages to our mailbox.
- Microsoft — our business email (Microsoft 365).
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, transfers rely on the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep contact requests for up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless they lead to a contract, in which case they are kept for as long as the law requires for that contract.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to withdraw your consent — just email info@genuinasterisk.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
